Become a Foster & Help Save a Life

Foster homes are at the heart of Blue Animal Rescue and make it possible for us to save animals who may otherwise have nowhere to go. By opening your home to a foster animal, you provide a safe, loving environment where they can decompress, heal, learn, and prepare for their forever home. Fostering also allows us to learn more about each animal’s personality and individual needs, helping us find the best possible adoptive match. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please complete our foster application form with as much information as possible. Once your application has been reviewed, a member of our team will contact you regarding your approval status and next steps. While we would love to approve every applicant, some homes may not be the right fit for our foster program or for the animals currently in our care. If we are unable to approve your application, please know that we sincerely appreciate your interest, your time, and your willingness to help animals in need.
